The Phoenix Suns made the biggest splash at the NBA’s trade deadline, acquiring superstar Kevin Durant, but they also got a key member back in the lineup that was already on the team… All-Star guard Devin Booker.
Booker and the Suns are hosting the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday night as slight favorites, and I think Booker could be in line for a big game with Mikal Bridges and Cameron Johnson now in Brooklyn.
Here are a few ways to bet on the Suns in the prop market on Tuesday night:
Kings vs. Suns best NBA prop bets
- Devin Booker OVER 24.5 Points
- Deandre Ayton OVER 10.5 Rebounds
Devin Booker OVER 24.5 Points
Booker has played just two games since returning from his groin injury, scoring 19 and 21 points in 26 minutes in each contest.
With the Suns trading several players for Durant, Booker is going to be forced to play a little more against a high-powered Kings offense on Tuesday.
The Suns don’t love to push the pace, but the Kings do, ranking 10th in the league in pace this season.
Booker is averaging over 26 points per game on the season and he’s still taken 33 shots in two games despite limited minutes. If he sees his normal role tonight, I think he clears this prop with relative ease.
Deandre Ayton OVER 10.5 Rebounds
Deandre Ayton has played 12 games against the Kings in his career, and he’s gone over this rebounds number in eight of them.
In his last six games against Sacramento, Ayton has dominated on the glass with 12, 15, 11, 21, 10 and 12 boards.
The Kings are an average rebounding team, ranking 18th in rebounding percentage, and Ayton is averaging double-digit boards per game this season. If this game does become fast-paced, there should be more opportunities for Ayton to hit the glass.
Bet his OVER tonight.
