Unlike many other units, the Legion LC-HR3 Centurion Series Half-Rack also features Lat Pulldown functionality built-in and also includes the lat pulldown and row bar. This half-rack also has a multi-grip chin-up bar, plate loaded high/low pulley, two spotter arms, 2X fixed foot plates for low row exercises, two J-hooks, and two spotter arms.

Weight plate storage on both sides of this rack makes accessing your weight plates safe and simple, and an Olympic Bar holder also helps you keep your bar stored and accessible, even during those sessions that don’t require an Olympic bar.

Included with the Legion LC-HR3 are plate-loaded lat and low row station, leg hold-down, dip attachment, landmine, and band pegs – adding much more versatility to this incredible half rack.
