Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is this restored 1970 Chevrolet Nova.
This Chevrolet Nova’s exterior was repainted Atomic Orange during its restoration 11-years ago. The Atomic Orange hue is complemented by SS emblems, Nova fender badges and trim, front and rear chrome bumpers, and hood louvers.
It rides on chrome Cragar wheels with BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires.
“The front bench seat and matching rear seat are upholstered in black vinyl,” the listing states. “Features include manual windows, power brakes, manual steering, an AM/FM/cassette stereo, and a floor-mounted manual transmission shifter.”
Under the hood is a 350ci V8 engine with a Holley four-barrel carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake, an HEI distributor, and headers. The engine is paired with a Muncie M21 four-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt Positraction rear end with 3.31:1 gears. Traction bars and a chrome differential were installed.
A Bosch 8k tachometer was installed on the steering column and Sunpro oil pressure, coolant temperature and voltage gauges are mounted under the dashboard. The odometer reads 39,652 miles but the true mileage on this 1970 Chevrolet Nova is unknown.
The sale includes a clear title, the Protect-O-Plate, and receipts.
