This inaugural C-300 was previously owned by one family long-term, and has received a fresh coat of Tango Red as part of a frame-off restoration. Due to an undiagnosed electrical issue, the gauges are not currently working, but the available readouts include a 150-mph speedometer along with gauges for the fuel level, oil pressure, voltage and coolant temperature. The five-digit mechanical odometer reads 17K miles, which the selling dealer states is accurate.

The rebuilt and reportedly numbers-matching 331ci FirePower Hemi features a dual four-barrel carburetor setup, radical camshaft and solid valve lifters to achieve 300 gross horsepower. The Hemi recently received a tune-up, carburetor and ignition work, a new wiring harness and an oil change. Power is directed to the rear wheels via a dash-shifted automatic transmission.

The suspension uses an independent front design and live rear axle. An alignment was recently performed.
